Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy ensures fairness to all parties while aligning with the terms of our travel partners.

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • All cancellations must be requested in writing via email.
  • Cancellation charges apply as per our supplier agreements.
  • Non-refundable components include visa fees, insurance, attraction tickets, and peak-season services.

2. Cancellation Charges

  • More than 21 days before travel: Up to 25% of the booking amount may be refunded after applicable deductions
  • Less than 21 days before travel: No refund
  • After travel commences: No refund for unused services

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 90 business days
  • Refunds are issued only to the original mode of payment
  • Refund timelines may vary based on third-party policies and bank processing times
